Britnee Gibson
Britnee Gibson enters her seventh year at WVU Tech as a certified athletic trainer. During her first year, with an interim tag, Gibson was lead trainer for the Tech men's soccer team who attended the NAIA National Championships for the first time in school history and took care of the baseball team who broke many school records. She has also been the head trainer for women's basketball who attended the NAIA DII National Championships in 2018-19 and 2019-20.
Gibson received her bachelor of science degree in athletic training with a minor in health promotion from Concord University, Athens, West Virginia in 2013 before obtaining a masters of arts in health promotion from the same university in 2015.
While earning her masters degree at Concord, Gibson also served as a graduate assistant (2013-15) with the sport responsibilities of men's and women's soccer and spring football.
Gibson currently resides in Beckley, West Virginia and has sport responsibilities for all of Tech's varsity programs.
